Fitness expert with 14 years experience weight lifting and 10 years of coaching!

Ange is a Human Design Reader, Trauma Informed Breathwork Specialist and Body Transformation Fat Loss Expert with over a decade of experience helping women around the world gain confidence that they never knew they could have. Through a dynamic history of overcoming her own struggles, Ange is passionate about supporting others in manifesting their dream life & dream body. All of her events and programs are centred around breaking free from yo-yo dieting; releasing the baggage that no longer serve you; living in alignment by following your unique human design; and finding belonging through community.
