Hi, I'm Ange

Fitness expert with 12 years experience weight lifting and 7 years of coaching!

I spent the first two decades of my life overweight living off of Pepsi & deep fried foods. The next 5 years were spent struggling with anorexia, binge eating and drug & alcohol addictions. It has been through my personal journey that I became inspired to help other women break free of the struggles that have held them back from living their best lives.

I have experience helping hundreds of women transform their bodies & gain confidence that they never knew they could have. My speciality is muscle building, fat loss and body transformations.

I'm Karri Anne!

I work with middle aged women who are overwhelmed by trying to do it all. 13 years of helping people live a healthier lifestyle.

Karri Anne specializes in helping women find balance with their nutrition. She will teach you how to create a body you love while learning to trust your intuition & enjoying the abundance of flavours and joyous rituals that food provides.

 

You'll get a coach and a mentor all in one who will help you with:

  • Nutritional healing for autoimmune/inflammatory diseases

  • Diet strategies that work for you goals and your lifestyle

And I'm Vanessa!

I teach online fitness classes for every strength and every type of body. 

Vanessa Schefter, Owner and Trainer at Studio 87 knows how amazing and challenging it can be to lose weight, get strong and finally have energy.  No two bodies are alike and Vanessa will work with you to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Her goal is to help people learn about being healthy, being happy, and feeling good in their own skin.  Through teaching fitness classes for over 16 years, personal training for over 7 years, and owning her own fitness studio for over 7 years, Vanessa has helped countless people get to their goal weight, give them energy to play with their kids and grandkids or improve their overall health and life.
