Apple Wedges with Peanut Butter and Chocolate

Makes 1 Serving

2 tbsps Dark Chocolate Chips

1/4 tsp Coconut Oil

1/2 Apple (cut into wedges)

2 1/4 tsps All Natural Peanut Butter


  1. In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave on high for 30 to 45-second intervals until melted. Stir with a spoon to fully combine.

  2. Place the apple slices on a plate and drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter. Transfer to the fridge to let the chocolate harden a little, about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!


Leftovers: This recipe is best made fresh and enjoyed immediately.

Serving Size: One serving is approximately half of an apple drizzled with melted chocolate and peanut butter.

Nut-Free: Use sunflower seed butter.

Additional Toppings: Top with crushed granola, nuts, or seeds.
