Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 387 cal, fat 6g, carbs 74g, protein 14g, fibre 9g

Ingredients:

100g vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp honey

1 banana, chopped or mashed

1/2 tablespoons chocolate chips

optional: scoop of protein powder (not included in macros)

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar

with a tight-fitting lid. Close and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but

preferably overnight before eating. You can add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein to this recipe - make sure to change the macros in MFP.
