Bean Dip

Makes 12 servings

Macros: 250kcal, Carbs 44g, Fat 3g, Protein 13g, Fibre 8g

Ingredients:

1/2 cup, Red, Yellow Onion, Sweet, Raw

1 Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper

2 medium, Tomato

1 container (2.2 cups ea.), Black Beans

1 medium, Red bell pepper

1/2 container (32 tbsp ea.), Light Catalina

1/2 container (175 g (21 chips) ea.), Black Bean Chips

2 cup, Lentils, raw

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, black beans, lentils, and Catalina dressing. Toss to combine.

Serve with Black Bean Chips
