Bean Dip with Black Bean Tortilla Chips

Makes 12 Servings

Macros: 250 Cal, Fat 3g, Carbs 44g, Fibre 6g, Protein 13g

Ingredients: 1 can Lentils 1 can black beans 1⁄2 cup red sweet onion 1 red sweet bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 2-3 tomatoes 1⁄2 of one small bottle of Catalina Light Dressing Serve with Black Bean Tortilla Chips

Directions: Rinse canned beans and put in a glass serving dish, chop onion, peppers and tomatoes and add to main serving dish. Add Catalina dressing, mix. Put in fridge for an hour to allow flavours to blend. Mix and serve.
