Berry Buster Parfait

MAKES 1 SERVING PER SERVING:

Ingredients:

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1 tsp honey


Directions:

In a mason jar or bowl, begin layers with 1/4 cup greek yogurt, followed by a layer of strawberries and then blueberries. Repeat layering process until yogurt and berries are gone. Add a drizzle of honey. Stir to combine, if desired.
