Berry Parfait

Makes 1 serving

Macros:188cal, Fat 1g, Carbs 30g, Protein 19g, Fibre 3g

Ingredients:

1 cup plain greek yogurt OR dairy-free yogurt

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp honey

Directions:

In mason jar or bowl, begin layers with 1⁄4 cup of Greek yogurt,

followed by a layer of strawberries and then blueberries.

Repeat layering process until yogurt and berries are gone.

Add a drizzle of honey on top. Stir to combine, if desired.
