Berry Yogurt Parfait

Makes 4 Servings

Macros: 363 Cal, Fat 5g, Carbs 51g, Fibre 6g, Protein 22g


Ingredients:

4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt

1 cup good quality granola

1 cup fresh strawberries , sliced

1 pint fresh raspberries or blueberries

4 tablespoons honey


Directions:

  • Place ⅓ cup of the yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses.

  • Add ⅛ cup granola and ⅛ cup strawberries to each glass, then add another ⅓ cup yogurt.

  • Add ¼ of the berries to each glass, then add the remaining ⅓ cup yogurt to each glass.

  • Layer on the remaining granola and strawberries, then top with the honey and serve immediately.
