Blackberry Pineapple Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 195 Cal, Fat 4g, Carbs 42g, Fibre 8g, Protein 2g


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Frozen Blackberries

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup


Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.


Notes:

Leftovers: Best enjoyed immediately.

Serving Size: One serving size is approximately 1 1/4 cups.

Smoothie Consistency: This smoothie was designed to be thick. For a thinner consistency, blend with coconut milk or water.

More Flavour: Add vanilla and/or shredded coconut.

More Protein: add a scoop of vanilla protein powder
