Blueberry Pear Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 438 Cal, fat 10g, carbs 47g, protein 46g, fibre 13g

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt

1 tsp honey (optional, but helps with sweetness)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 pear, quartered & seeded

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup baby spinach

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder

2-6 ice cubes (depending on your preference in consistency)
