1 whole grain english muffin
2 slices turkey bacon or vegan bacon
1 slice low fat cheese or dairy-free cheese
Cook egg and top with cheese slice... as well as bacon to your liking. Toast English muffin then transfer egg and bacon onto sandwich. You can also make a larger batch, wait for them to cool then wrap each sandwich in foil and label with date. Freeze for up to 2 months.
