Breakfast Sandwich

Makes 1 serving - FREEZER FRIENDLY

Macros: 277cal, fat 8g, carbs 25g, protein 24g, fibre 3g


1 egg

1 whole grain english muffin

2 slices turkey bacon or vegan bacon

1 slice low fat cheese or dairy-free cheese


Cook egg and top with cheese slice... as well as bacon to your liking. Toast English muffin then transfer egg and bacon onto sandwich. You can also make a larger batch, wait for them to cool then wrap each sandwich in foil and label with date. Freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, unwrap sandwich and microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 1 1⁄2 to 2 minutes or until hot. Or toast in a toaster oven on medium-high for

5 minutes or until hot.
