Cabbage Blueberry Smoothie


Servings: 1 361kcal, Fat 12g, Carbs 48g, Fibre 8g, Protein 21g

1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened almond milk 

1/2 cup (125 mL) low-sodium cottage cheese

1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup 

1 cup (250 mL) sliced red cabbage

2 Tbsp (30 mL) unsalted almonds 

1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground allspice 

1/4 tsp (1 mL) almond extract (optional) 

3/4 cup (180 mL) frozen blueberries


Place all ingredients in blender container in the order listed and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired with additional blueberries or maple syrup. Blend in Protein powder of choice. Macros are based on recipe without added protein powder.
