Carrot Cake Smoothie

Servings: 2

Macros: 377kcal, Fat 5g, Carbs 56g, Protein 33g, Fibre 7g

3 tablespoons raisins

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup peeled, chopped carrot 

1 frozen banana

1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup ice

1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Directions:

In a small bowl, soak raisins 5 minutes in the hottest tap water or boiling water to soften. They will blend better this way Place all ingredients into blender and blend until completely smooth.
