1/16 head Green Lettuce (leaves separated)

113 grams Chicken Breast, Cooked (sliced)

1/4 cup Red Onion (small, sliced)

1/2 Cucumber (small, sliced)

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)


Arrange the lettuce, chicken, red onion, and cucumber in the centre of the tortilla. Season with salt and pepper. Fold or roll the tortilla around the filling and enjoy!


Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

More Flavour: Add your favourite dressing.
