Chicken Parmesan Burgers

Makes 3 servings

Macros: 551cal, fat 32g, carbs 18g, protein 40g, fibre 2g

Ingredients:

3 lean chicken burgers, preferably not breaded

3/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese

3/4 pasta sauce

3 thin multi-grain or gluten-free buns

1 light caesar salad kit (enough for 3 x 1 cup servings)

Directions:

Heat the sauce; cook the burgers following instructions on the packaging. Top with cheese and cover; when melted transfer to the buns and top with the heated sauce. Enjoy with 1 cup light caesar salad kit per serving. sprinkle each with parmesan cheese.
