Citrus Avocado Dressing

Ingredients:

1 medium, Avocado

2 lemon, Juice of 1 Lemon

0.50 cup(s), Extra Virgin Olive Oil

0.25 cup (8 fl oz), Water (more for thinning if needed)

1 tsp(s), Apple Cider Vinegar

0.25 tsp(s), Ginger Powder

0.25 tsp, Iodized Sea Salt

1 Orange - 86g, Juice of Raw Orange

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until well incorporated.
