Cranberry Citrus Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 318 cal, fat 11g, carbs 24g, protein 36g, fibre 6g



Ingredients:

1/2 orange, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 scoop protein powder

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2-6 ice cubes, depending on preference


Directions: add all ingredients to blender and enjoy!
