Ingredients
1 cup of roasted pear halves (this is the yield from one 25 oz jar of pears in their own juice)
1 large naval oranges plus their zest
12 oz unsweetened fresh cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Roast the pear halves until golden brown on a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will take about 35-45 minutes.
Zest the oranges and then peel them.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with "S" blade and process until a uniform texture is reached. Do not liquify. Serve with Wild Rice Stuffing. Also delicious over oatmeal or ice cream.
Note: blood or Cara Cara oranges work as well.
