Cucumber Tuna Bites

Makes 2 Servings

Macros: 187 cal, fat 11g, carbs 6g, protein 17g, fibre 1g


1 can Tuna (flaked and drained)

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

1 Cucumber (large, sliced into rounds)


Add the tuna to a small bowl with the mayonnaise and mix together. Top each cucumber round with a spoonful of the tuna mixture. Enjoy!

Leftovers - Refrigerate leftovers separately in a sealed container up to three days.

More Flavour - Add spices or herbs to the tuna mixture such as chili flakes, cayenne, dill or parsley.

Additional Toppings - Top with some sprouts or microgreens.
