1 CUP MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE
1.5 CUP WHOLE ALMONDS
1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED COCONUT SHAVINGS
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Start melting the chocolate pieces in a pan on low heat. It should not take long to melt. Place a teaspoon of melted chocolate on parchment paper and top with a small handful of almonds. Top with a bit more chocolate and a bit of coconut. Repeat the process with remainder until pan is full. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to chill and remove them when firm.
