Ingredients:
0.50 tsp, Sea Salt
0.50 Tsp, Cinnamon
0.25 cup packed, Sugars, brown
14.75 g, Oil
1 tsp, Vanilla extract
0.25 cup(s), Honey
4 cup, Organic Rolled Oats

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 300. On a cookie sheet place 4 cups oats, ½ tsp sea salt, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup brown sugar and any nuts if using. Stir gently to combine. Then in small sauce pan mix together ¼ cup and ¼ cup honey. Cook over low heat until honey melted and bubbling. Remove from heat, add the vanilla and pour over the oats. Stir to combine. Put in centre of oven for 10 minutes, take it out and stir. Bake another 10 minutes, stir, bake another 10 minutes and stir. Bake a final 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes and remove from over, stir and let cool. Should be a nice brown colour.
