Easy Green Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 servings

Macros: 456 cal, fat 16g, carbs 53g, protein 27g, fibre 16g

Ingredients:

  • 13.5 oz 0% greek yogurt

  • 2 cups frozen mixed greens or spinach

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 cup of frozen fruit of choice

  • 1/2 cup coconut water optional

  • 5-6 ice cubes

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 of a large apple, chopped for topping

  • 0.5 oz slivered almonds, for topping


Toppings: chopped apple slivered almonds


Instructions

  • 1. Blend. Top with chopped apple, slivered almonds (or let’s be honest whatever goodies you have in the house!)
