Fresh Berry Salad with Chicken

Ingredients: 6 cups MIXED BABY GREENS 1/2 CUP FRESH BLUEBERRIES 1/2 CUP FRESH STRAWBERRIES, QUARTERED 1/3 CUP RAW WALNUTS 1 TEASPOONS MAPLE SYRUP DASH of CINNAMON GENEROUS SHAKE OF SEA SALT 1/2 CUP LOW FAT BALSAMIC DRESSING 2 x 6 oz GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST, PREPARED ANY WAY YOU LIKE Directions: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. ADD WALNUTS TO A BAKING SHEET AND TOSS WITH MAPLE SYRUP, CINNAMON AND SEA SALT. SPREAD IN A SINGLE LAYER AND ROAST FOR 7-9 MINUTES. MEANWHILE COOK CHICKEN TO YOUR LIKING THEN REMOVE THE WALNUTS FROM OVEN AND ALLOW WALNUTS TO COOL.ADD GREENS TO A LARGE BOWL AND TOP WITH BERRIES AND MAPLE WALNUTS. DRIZZlE DRESSING AND TOP WITH CHICKEN.
