Ingredients:

5 large tomatoes, diced into small pieces

1 bunch green onions, diced

3 mini sweet peppers, diced

⅓ cucumber, diced

½ red onion, diced

2 Tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and serve with homemade tortilla chips.
