Fresh Lemon Ginger Detoxifying Smoothie

Makes 1 serving (could break this up into 2 servings and cut calories in half)

Macros: 573 kcal, Carbs 80g, Fat 14g, Protein 35g, Fibre 20g

1½ cups mixed frozen peach, pineapple, and mango

juice of 1 whole, large lemon

2 tablespoons chia seeds

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

1 tablespoon pure honey

1 serving protein powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high speed and blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
