Fresh Living Salsa

Makes 4 servings

4 cups, Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average

3/4 Whole Green Bell Pepper

1/4 cup Fresh Basil

1 clove raw Garlic

3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar & Filtered Water

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp basil, dried

3 tsp oregano, dried

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 cup, quartered or chopped, Apples, raw, with skin

148 grams - 1 medium Sweet Onion, Raw


Directions:

Chop onions, garlic, pepper, apple and fresh basil in food processor. Add remainder of the ingredients and blend to desired consistency - whether you want chunky salsa or not. Put in the fridge and let flavours marinate before serving.
