Fruit Salsa with homemade Cinnamon Chips


Makes 10 servings Total Time 15 mins

Macros: 283 cal, Fat 0g, Carbs 48g, Protein 5g, Fibre 2g

Ingredients:

1 cup Strawberries

1 Orange

3 medium Kiwi fruit, without skin

8 fluid ounce, Crushed Pineapple - Unsweetened

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

3/4 tsp Sugar

10 Flour Tortillas 8"

¼ cup Butter

⅓ cup Sugar

1 tsp cinnamon spice, ground

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

For chips, brush tortillas with butter; cut each into 8 wedges. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes or just until crisp. Serve with fruit salsa.
