Garlic Honey Beef with Cooked Rice

Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic minced

- 200g sirloin tip steak

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp honey

– a dash of chili powder

– salt & pepper to taste

- rice for 3 x 1/2 cup cooked rice

Directions:

Start the process of cooking your rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut raw steak into small, bite-sized pieces. Cook garlic and meat together on

stovetop over medium-high heat until steak is cooked to your liking.

In a small bowl, combine honey and soy sauce and stir well. Pour mixture over

Beef or chicken, add a dash of chili powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into 3 equal portions and serve with 1/2 cup cooked rice.
