Ingredients:
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5 oz chicken breast, measured raw
DRESSING: (Makes 2 servings - save 1 for later in the week by storing in fridge)
2.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions: Cook chicken to your liking. In the meantime combine ingredients for the homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Whisk or shake in a container to combine.
