Grilled or Baked Mini Pepperoni Pizza

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 291 Cal, fat 9g, carbs 34, protein 19g, fibre 5g

1 thin-style whole grain bun, halved or gluten-free bun

1/2 tbsp pizza sauce

5 turkey pepperoni slices

2 tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella or dairy-free cheese


Directions: Preheat the grill to low heat or preheat oven to 325 degrees. Top each

bun half with half the pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni and shredded cheese. Place

on the grill or in the oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and

starting to bubble.
