Ground Turkey Taco Salad

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (about 1 heart)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
¼ avocado, chopped
1 package low sodium taco seasoning
1 tbsp low-fat ranch or caesar dressing
Brown ground turkey in a pan and add taco seasoning as instructed on the
package. Chop your veggies and divide into two portions. Break the tostito
chips into smaller bite size pieces. Divide the cooked meat into 2 equal portions.
Pour 1/2 of the dressing on the salad that you plan to eat right away. Do not add
the other dressing to the other salad until you are ready to consume. Kale can also be used as an alternative greens.
