6 Egg (whisked)
2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
113 grams Sliced Ham (chopped)
56 grams Swiss Cheese (sliced)
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, pour the eggs into the skillet and let it cook until almost set.
Place the ham and cheese evenly across one half of the omelette and then fold the other half over on top. Remove from the heat and transfer it onto a plate. Enjoy!
Leftovers:Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
