Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
4 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp stevia
1 dash cinnamon
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar-free syrup
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients in the blender. Put the mix into a frying pan.
Flip until both sides are perfectly browned. Top with peanut butter and maple sugar.
