High Protein Easy Berry Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 396cal, Fats 9g, Carbs 42g, Protein 40g, Fibre 7g

Ingredients:

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup 0% plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:

Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, whey protein powder,

Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup in a 16oz. Mason type glass jar.

Put the lid on and shake vigorously until the indredients are fully combined.

Top with frozen blueberries, put the lid back on and refrigerate overnight.

Stir and serve! Can be prepared up to 5 days in advance.
