Hot Spinach Dip

Makes 10 servings

I N G R E D IE N TS:


10 OZ Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and excess liquid squeezed out

1/2 CUP Light Sour Cream

5 T B SP Light Mayonnaise

1/3 CUP Parmesan

1/4 CUP Scallion, chopped

1 CLO V E Garlic crushed

1 CUP (4 OZ) Shredded part-skimmed Mozzarella cheese

Fresh pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in oven-safe dish and bake for 2-25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
