Karri-Anne's Quick & Easy Crustless Quiche
Whenever I don't know what to make, this is my go to recipe for my family. I change it up all the time with different veggies in it. Sometimes I use dairy-free cheese. Just whatever I am feeling like or whatever leftovers I have in the fridge. But my kids love it!
Makes 5 servings
Macros: 281 cal, fat 24g, carbs 8g, protein 15g, fibre 0
4 egg (50g), Eggs
1 cup, Zucchini (minced in food processor)
0.50 cup, diced, Cheddar cheese
0.25 cup(s), Oil-Safflower
0.25 cup, Milk or alternative milk
4 oz, Ham Roast
1 cup Bisquicks
onion - optional
Add all the ingredients together, blend with a mixer or by hand. Pour ingredients into a greased pie plate. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Finished when toothpick comes out clean. You could likely use an 8x8 greased pan as well. Mix it up each time and enjoy!
