2 cups cubed mango (about 3 mangos)
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 1/4 cup frozen light nondairy whipped topping, (ie cool whip)
Puree mango, lime juice, orange juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Cover and chill for 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours). Transfer Mango mixture to a large bowl and carefully fold in the whipped topping. Spoon Mango Fool into tall glasses and serve.
