Melon & Prosciutto

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 144cal, fat 3g, carbs 23g, protein 8g, fibre 2g


Ingredients:


1/4 Honeydew Melon (small, peeled, seeds removed and chopped)

25g Prosciutto (thinly sliced)


Add the melon and prosciutto to a plate and enjoy!


Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

Serving Size: One serving is approximately 1 1/2 cups of melon.

Additional toppings: Drizzle the melon with a bit of raw honey for extra sweetness.

No melon: Use cantaloupe or watermelon.
