Mocha Overnight Protein Oats

Makes 3 Servings

Macros: 328 cal, fat 12g, carbs 40g, fibre 12g, protein 19g


1 1/2 cup Oats (rolled)

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1/3 cup Chocolate Protein Powder

1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

3/4 cup Coffee (brewed and chilled)

3 Tbsps Cacao Nibs


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Divide between bowls or containers. Top with cacao nibs for some crunch. Enjoy!

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
