Mocha Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

Macros: 244 Cal, Fat 4g, Carbs 33g, Fibre 7g, Protein 22g


1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/4 cup Coffee (brewed)

1 Banana (medium)

1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Leftovers: Best enjoyed immediately. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.

No Protein Powder: Omit, or add a few spoonfuls of hemp seeds instead.

Nut-Free: Use nut-free milk such as oat milk.
