No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

Makes 6 Servings

Macros: 145 cal, fat 8g, carbs 11g, protein 7g, fibre 2g


Ingredients:

Parchment Paper

2 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/3 cup/30g dry rolled oats

1/3 cup/85g of natural peanut butter

1 scoop /40g chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup / 25g pretzels


Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Set aside.

Add oats, protein powder, peanut butter to small mixing bowl, stir to combine. Crush pretzels into large chunks, add to mixture. Using clean hands, incorporate pretzels into the mixture. Form into 6 balls approximately 2 Tbsps each. Place on prepared sheet.

Dip a fork into melted chocolate, drizzle over balls. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month.
