No Fruit Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 433 cal, fat 14g, carbs 30g, protein 34g, fibre 9g

Ingredients:

1/2 cup baked squash

1 cup spinach

1 1/2 cups almond milk

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 tsp unsweetened coconut

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 clove black garlic


Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender + enjoy!
