Ingredients:
1 cups oats
⅔ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup ground flax
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup sunflower butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Once your dough is chilled, roll into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. A scoop of protein could be added to this recipe. It will change the macros.
