1⁄2 cup raw walnuts
1⁄2 cup raw pecans
1⁄2 cup cashews
1 date, pitted
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp sugar free syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp fine sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse ingredients, scraping sides of food processor as necessary, until well-combined and nuts are very finely chopped without turning in to nut butter.
Form mixture into 10 1" balls. Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat.
