Macros: 401 cal, fat 10g, carbs 76, protein 10g, fibre 12g
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup blueberries
Handful of nuts of choice
1 tsp raw honey
Add oats and water to sauce pan, stir well, bring to boil gently
Add ½ mashed banana and cinnamon, stir
Remove from heat, add raw honey and stir
Serve with remaining banana sliced, top with blueberries and chopped nuts.
This serving can be split into 2 servings. Add a scoop of protein to increase protein macros.
