One-Step Vegan Eggnog

Servings 4 servings

Macros: 289 cal, Fat 19g, Carbs 28g, Fibre 1g, Protein 5g

Ingredients 3 cups vanilla soy beverage 1 cup full-fat coconut milk

1⁄4 cup maple syrup 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon dash cloves 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg Directions: Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until frothy. Pour into 4 of your favourite small glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Add rum if you’re so inclined!
