Overnight Raspberry Vanilla Protein Oats

Makes 2 servings

Macros: 313 cal, Fat 7g, Carbs 40g, Protein 27g, Fibre 9g


1 cup rolled or quick oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 package stevia

1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt

1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

3/4 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk


In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Divide between 2 small bowls, mugs, or

mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm.
