PB & J Overnight Oats

Makes 2 Servings

Macros: 276 cal, fat 11g, carbs 32g, protein 11g, fibre 8g

Ingredients:

0.50 cup, Rolled Oats

0.50 cup(s), Almond Milk - Original

0.33 cup, Yogurt

0.75 cup, Raspberries - Raw

0.50 tsp, Vanilla extract

2 Tbsp, Natural Peanut Butter

2 tsp(s), Syrups - Maple

2 tsp(s), Chia Seed

Optional: 2 scoops protein powder

Mix all ingredients together in a Mason Jar. Store overnight in fridge, stir and enjoy. For added Protein, add a scoop of your favourite powder.
