Peach & Cottage Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Cottage Cheese

1 slice Whole Grain Bread (toasted)

1/2 Peach (medium, pitted, sliced)

2 Tbsps Pumpkin Seeds


Directions:

Spread the cottage cheese over the toast. Top with peach slices and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!

For best results, enjoy freshly made.


Leftovers: Refrigerate components in separate containers for up to three days.

Gluten free: Use gluten-free bread instead of whole grain bread.

Additional Toppings: Top with honey, raisins, sliced almonds, hemp seeds, or chia seeds.
